クロージング

クロージングとは、M&Aの手順において終盤となる最終契約の締結後に、実際に経営権の移転を行う最終的な手続きのことを言います。

売り手から買い手に株券や対象事業の譲渡を、買い手から売り手に代金の決済が実行されて完了となります。（実際には様々な手続きあり。）

クロージングは株式譲渡や事業譲渡といった各スキーム（手法）に応じて手続きが異なります。
