事業譲渡

事業譲渡はM&A手法の一つで、会社の事業の全部または一部を他社に譲渡（売買）することを言います。

複数の事業を行なっている会社が一つの事業を切り離して譲渡（売却）し、譲渡したことで得た資金を他の主力事業に集中させることを目的に採用される手法です。

株式譲渡に比べて手続きが煩雑ですが、中堅・中小企業M&Aの中で採用される率は増加傾向にあり、主要なM&A手法としてメジャーになりつつあります。
